Below we have listed the most common questions we receive on a daily basis.

We love running this little shop and we love our customers the most. So if you have any questions, concerns, problems, new ideas, etc. we want to hear from you, please message us.

Types of Leather

Distressed Leather – our favorite because it gets better with age – scuffs easily but scuffs can be removed just as easily using any oil (we like coconut oil). It’s great for making rustic vintage looking products.

Oiled Leather – oiled leather is thicker than distressed leather, so even though we love using it to make bags and other items that require its super long-term durability, its hard to use it to make minimalist wallets because of its extra thickness.

Signature confirmation is required for all orders, no exceptions.


Orders to the USA will use Fedex as default.  For us to use Fedex, you must have a physical address, i.e. not a PO Box.

Fedex to the USA is 3 – 5 business days.

If submit a PO Box with your order, we will ship your order via Thailand Post and it will be delivered to you via USPS. USPS orders to the USA take ~4 weeks to arrive.


We're not currently able to ship to Canada from this shop. You can purchase via our Etsy store.


Orders to Australia will be shipped via Thailand Post and it will be delivered to you via Australian Post. Australian orders take ~3 weeks to arrive.

United Kingdom

Orders to the UK will be shipped via Thailand Post and it will be delivered to you via Royal Mail. UK orders take ~2 – 3 weeks to arrive.

Rest of the World

Orders to the rest of the world will be shipped via Thailand Post and it will be delivered to you via your local National Postal Service. The orders take ~2 – 4 weeks to arrive.

We know lots of people have shipping questions, so please don’t be shy, send us a message.

Do you accept Exchanges or Returns?

Exchanges – No, we don’t accept exchanges.

Refunds – Yes

Refunds are easy. If you buy something, we gift you 30 days, no questions asked. Just contact us and inform us you would like to return an item. Then you just need to ship it back to us.

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we receive the item back (in its original condition), we will gladly give you a refund, less the original shipping.

Please note: We don’t except refunds for custom made or personalized items.

FAQ – Paypal eCheck

An eCheck isn’t a bad thing, it just delays your order a bit.

If Paypal pulls the funds from your bank account and if either your Paypal account is unverified and/or doesn’t have a current credit card on file, they hold the payment for 3 – 5 days, just like an old school written check.

So until it clears, we not allowed to ship.

Time-wise for an eCheck, there are essentially 2 options:
1. Wait for the check to clear
2. If you are pressed for time, we cancel the first order, and redo it with a verified Paypal account.
